1. Definitions
- Plugin / FPP: Fake Player Plugin software and all related components.
- Developer: Bill_Hub (El_Pepes).
- You: Any individual or entity using the plugin.
- Server: Minecraft server running the plugin.
- Bot: Simulated player entity created by the plugin.
- Redistribution: Sharing or publishing the plugin in any form.
- Commercial Use: Any use for monetary or business advantage.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old or meet local digital consent laws.
- You must have authority to accept these terms if acting for an organization.
- You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Using, installing, or modifying the plugin constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using and delete all copies.
4. License Grant
4.1 Permissions
- Install and run on owned servers
- Modify for private non-commercial use
- View and study source code
4.2 Restrictions
- No redistribution or rehosting
- No commercial use or resale
- No sublicensing
- No removal of copyright notices

5. Intellectual Property
All plugin code, assets, and documentation remain property of the Developer. No ownership is transferred.
6. Permitted Use
- Server testing and load simulation
- Development and staging environments
- Server demonstrations
- Administrative operations
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating Minecraft EULA or hosting rules
- Fraudulent or deceptive player simulation
- Malicious attacks or exploitation
- Illegal activity of any kind
- Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use
8. Configuration & Data Ownership
All plugin data stored on your server remains yours. You are responsible for backups and security.
9. Third-Party Services
- Modrinth – updates and distribution
- Mojang API – skins and profiles
- bStats/FastStats – optional analytics
10. Updates & Support
Updates and support are provided on a voluntary basis without guarantees of availability or compatibility.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for purpose or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any damages, including data loss, server issues, or financial loss. Liability is capped at $10 USD where applicable.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from your use of the plugin.
14. Termination
Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the plugin.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved informally. If unresolved, they may proceed to binding arbitration.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Developer’s local jurisdiction, with EU consumer protections where applicable.
17. General Provisions
- Entire agreement supersedes prior versions
- Severability applies if sections are invalid
- No partnership or employment relationship created
- Terms may be updated with notice
